Inspection that runs at line rate instead of sampling after the fact. Vision is designed into the cell — lighting, optics and reject handling together — because a camera bolted on afterwards inspects whatever the lighting happens to allow.

Safeguarding designed with the cell instead of bolted on after it, so the guarding does not give back the cycle you just paid for. Every hazard written down, scored, and answered with a guard, a circuit and a performance level — then handed to you as a document. Includes bringing older equipment up to current practice, which is usually where the exposure actually is.

Enclosure design, layout, wiring and assembly done in-house to UL 508A — not subbed out. The people building the panel are the people writing the code that runs it, which is why the drawings still match the panel a year later.
